RARA COACHING FOUNDER

I started my career many moons ago in acting and sales, two fields that require persistence, creativity, optimism and relationship-building. I’ve since worked in many other industries and functions across the world, and I have found these qualities have helped me excel and progress quickly through roles of increasing responsibility, visibility and impact. For the past decade I have run Human Resources departments, advising global executive teams and front-line employees alike on workplace and interpersonal issues. I love helping people solve problems and thrive in meaningful work they love.

I have an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP).
